HELM is part of a select group which has received one of the highest iCIRT evaluations to date – 4.5 gold stars out of five, with the former NSW Building Commissioner David Chandler OAM declaring: “HELM is one of this State’s quality developers.”
As HELM does not develop in other States and specialises in Medium Density Development, the rating criteria precludes HELM from achieving 5 stars.
